Update: Switched from Swanson's Raw Ovarian Glandular [250mg] to Natural Sources Raw Female [430mg] on April 14th, 2016. Taking 4 a day [1720mg].

Not an expert like some on this forum that really understand how this all works.

But would personally drop the Natural Sources to one capsule with the remainder made up in Swansons if you are taking four per day. The N.S. has 200% of your daily value of both Zinc & Vitamin E.

By all means, do as you wish. Just read some data(though inconclusive) that would steer me away from that high of a dose & wanted to share that. Good luck with your journey.

Update: After a more than helpful health tip from a fellow blogger, I will be returning to my initial dosage of Swanson BO [4 pills a day, 1000mg] and will be adding Natural Sources Raw Female [1 pill a day, 430mg] starting today, April 21st, 2016.
