Anyone know the easiest way to get it? I asked my female doctor but she declined it because it was outside her comfort zone.

Hmmmm, tough one. Maybe if you talk to a clinical psych?? And tell him your issues and you "home remedy"? (herbs)

Hi Erin,

Is your doctor willing to refer you to someone more experienced with HRT? If not, there should be a trans health page relevant to your area. May I ask where you're hailing from?

Hey Lana,
She was willing to refer me to a male dr in her practice group but you know how they get kickbacks for referrals.
I'm in MD.

I don't know if you have already tried these links, but I hope they help you find someone in your area Smile

http://www.trans-health.com/clinics/

http://www.lauras-playground.com/medical_link.htm

I used transhealth.vch (which is for Vancouver area) and they recommended a great doctor in northern BC.

Maybe, we should start some sort of resource sticky so information on doctors, surgeons, psychologists, etc can readily be found? Lotus, for art thou harking? *poke*

Anyway, hope this helps.

I ordered mine online, you can do that without a prescription, and it comes from India.

Oh wow, not sure that is a place to get them.... I wonder if their controls are as good as Western Europe or North America?

Pharmaceutical manufacturing was my industry until recently. Short answer is yes. Most drugs consumed in WE and NA are license produced in India and the Far East.

There are several online pharmacies that seem to be very good but Big Pharma spends a lot of money rubbishing them in order to protect their privileged positions in rich countries. We tested a lot of samples of counterfeit medicines for various bodies and most were OK, the ones that weren't tended to be on-line auction purchases or black market stuff. We didn't know the source of our samples until sometime after the tests BTW.

I have purchased medicine from Canadian Pharmacy and Tijuana pharmacy. Also I studied drug plans. My option was paying 800 a month or 150 at a forign pharmacy. Also I could buy 4 pills for 120 at CVS or 225 for 120 on my own elsewhere. I used coupons for free meds. I got free samples from my doctor....
