Ah, that is true. Many of the heavily controlled drugs used in chemo can cause permanent hair loss. Be glad it was just the fur and didn't touch your scalp, it could just as easily been the other way, or been all hair everywhere. That's part of why they still don't approve any of those drugs for a systemic permanent hair removal, though they've been testing various formulas for a while now to try to find one that reliable targets just the fur. Of course, there's still all the OTHER problems with all those treatments.
For now, laser can get rid of most fur permanently, but for beards and "down there" you still need galvanic electrolysis.
