I tried putting my PC servicing knowledge to use last summer, and my best friend stole my idea and started a whole illegitimate business out of it. We're not friends anymore.
Compete With the turd then, offer a better lower cost service & even add on other services if you like.
I've seen tiny towns with 3+ computer service shops before.
tons of little crappy jobs are how all big businesses start out.
Apple, Xerox, HP and many others all started in someones basement/garage...
