I do not, however, subscribe nor think it's wise to go 3000 - 4000mg per day as I have seen some peeps do on this forum.

I am a firm believer in using as little as possible while getting benefits. For some of the reason's you are concerned. In my case, I am currently using the equivalent of about 1500 - 1800 mg's. I have hit a plateau, so I probably will increase to about 2000mg's.

Very helpful again iaboy. Thank you! So, I'm assuming it is working for you then?

Pom, or anyone, really:
What about the "hammer effect" AbiDrew worked to achieve some threads back? Seems to be at this location: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=12888&page=14 - look for the graph.

I have to wonder if we would benefit from taking the same approach? IE, PC for a week, then HIGH doses of PM? And would Maca fit in better during the PC or PM period?

Of course, it would also likely induce PMS, just like a natal woman.

Suggestions? Especially, would anyone think the dosing should be different this way, E.G., after the PC, spike to, say, 3,000 mg of PM?

I haven't felt like this much of a n00b since I was on AOL's Gazebo... ;-)
