Self conscious

#1

Sometimes I wonder if i`m too self conscious of my budding chest, now I do realize what i`m doing will make it obvious sooner or later, but !

When I look around work at other guys, its hard NOT to spot chests bouncing around. Over the weekend I attended an outdoor auto flea market, the amount of guys struggling with some sort of estrogen dominance issues is obvious. Granted, the guys that were shirtless had a full carpet`s on their chest too.

My wife and I were visiting the local Casino, and I noticed quite a few guys that should have been wearing some sort of support..

Maybe the issue is I know what i`m trying to do, most other guys, not not so much.

Gynecomastia is rampant.... so no one will notice at all unless your wearing a low cut little black dress....

From what I have read, roughly half of adult males have gynecomastia, yet it is medicalized as 'abnormal'. A pity that most men don't welcome their breasts as a gift of nature. Mother Nature loves variety.

Being an overweight guy myself for most of my life I will admit that I have man boobs however I now can feel what I believe is tissue growing more as it feels like my wife's chest does with all the bumps inside. I also looked at a few of my overweight co-workers chests at work and noticed that I am pretty safe for now when it comes to not being called out under a shirt however my wife laughed the other day as I sat down in a chair and she noticed more "jiggle" in my boobs. Was a bit of a shocker for her.

Yes, but as an abnormality it proves very profitable to the plastic surgeons.Dodgy
