Im not blaming my acne on this.. because my acne all the time goes from clean looking to pizza face in an instant. But I just wanted to see....
well ive been using this cream to clear my skin... It worked rapidly then my acne came back.. then went away a teeny bit.. then went to no improvement but no new pimples. I started to listen to the beats maybe 5 days ago.. and today they are totally inflared and I have soo many skin colored bumps (white heads I think cuz white stuff comes out when I squeeze them) allllll over my face there is soo soo many. Anywho.. it could be totally not related to the beat but thought Id just ask cuz idk
Does beats mess with your hormones since it is suppose to make your boobs bigger? I feel like my skin gets like this when I take herbs, which is why I stopped and leaned more towards massaging and beats because I didn't want to mess with my hormones.
Soo any info u have please share

Do you think your androgens are high? This can be a reason for acne you can see if by adding some spearmint tea to your program it helps or not you can normally find it in the spice section of supermarkets.

Could be, prolactin (or another hormone) is increased by improved mood or physical stimulation. It's the only explanation that I can understand for why binarual beats could work. Prolactin also increases progesterone.
There are few studies on hypnosis and breasts around the 70's all indexed in pubmed, but they are behind a paywall.

Could that explain why I'm now spotting? Cuz last time I applied progesterone it made me spot... And yesturday I started spotting

I think so. Progesterone is called the pregnancy hormone; it stops the body from menstruation during pregnancy. Prolactin also stops menstruation during nursing.

I didn't know progesterone cause acne I was on a few different progesterone BC and I never have had any skin problems.

I feel like any slight lifestyle I change gives me friggin acne!! I want my noogleberry!

I think I got acne from hypnosis too which shocks me. I don't have acne or get acne really. But two days in a row I did hypnosis (just started) and immediately the second day I woke up with soooo many acne spots on my face I was shocked! I mean it could be coincidence and an allergic reaction of some
sort to who knows what but I don't think so because I didn't change anything new and have been eating the same foods I always eat. I didn't do the hypnosis for two days now and acne has cleared up. So I don't know!! Really strange. But I didn't have acne as a teenager so it would be weird for hormones to cause this for me I think but then again I know nothing about hormones.
