Hi Sarah,

My dandelions haven't shown up yet in the yard lol, I've read that the stems are the most potent part and used in folk medicine and they just chew on the stems. I'm just too lazy and will just take it a pill form. Jillian Michael's has a dandelion root detox program for weight lose from what I've seen. But I've attached some info, one from UMMC, and another from a herbal view. (Please let me know how'll you'll use it). Wink

Thanks! That fits well with my current program, PM and Milk Thistle; and I'm considering adding either Red Reishi or Pygeum. (I'm holding off on the others for now.)

In Derbyshire, the juice of the stalk is applied to remove warts.

I dont have any warts. maybe it will work on my package lloll

still studying.
It is' a good time of year to collect roots and i'm working the gardens,
sooo
i 'm collecting roots pencil size and bigger,
being careful not to break the root.
Sun is Shining and Farmer Sarah is back at it.
