It's good to hear from you (nice update, thanks). Do you have any pro-aromatase supplements on hand?. Honestly I think you'd benefit from using coconut oil (internally), even if your not a fan (like of few here lol), it's pro-aromatase and awesome for milk ducts. It's polyunsaturated fats I think can help with some weight concerns, although I'd add some mono-unsaturated fats, like walnuts 1/4 cup every other day. Big news for next year huh?, phewww boy, I'm sure you have a travel partner right?.
