OK so I finally downloaded a pedometer app to my phone so I can stop guessing about how far and fast I walk... I walk my entire 37 acre fence, usually twice with my dog... I figured it was 4 miles.... I was exaggerating a bit it turns out... Its 1.5 miles and it takes me about 30-40 minutes... Today was 1 hour and 15 minutes for two laps, 3 miles...
Since quitting smoking Ive been walking my fence at least 3 times a week in an effort to avoid weight gain.... Its unfortunately NOT working though Id think all that walking would be enough to offset the decrease in metabolism from quitting smoking but unfortunately its not...
My weight loss WAS effortless and I hit a low of 146 lbs over the summer and I spent most of it at around 155 lbs.... Well thats history and Im now 20 lbs heavier I dont think Im eating more, maybe drinking a little more though... Some of it, maybe 5 lbs is in my tits and thats just fine, definitely some in my ass and thighs... TOO much on my gut though
I tried the Coolsculping in an attempt to kill those old manbelly cells that are still there.... Time will tell if that will work... I can say it HURTS like hell so hopefully something is gonna happen there... Right now though its still just really swollen but at least its going down.... 5 days in and its actually getting sorer The swelling is thankfully going down though, REALLY SUCKS to take an area you HATE and make it real sore and more than TWICE as big
If this doesnt work I will do lipo and fat transplant to hips and ass and even a tummy tuck... Id like to attempt diet and exercise first though along with this...
I donno if switching to E injections has anything to do with it because I quit smoking shortly after starting them.... I do have a suspicion that my E is just working a whole lot better now though and I probably could lower it a bit... Thats easier said than done though!!! I LOVE the stuff after all
