My goodness, Eva, our experiences on HRT are so different. I guess that's the nature of the beast.
I've been on the same HRT dosage of E2, Spiro and Dutasteride since August 21st of this year at which time my E was 141.8 pg/ml and T at 9 ng/dl). My doctor agreed to increase my estradiol dose from 4 to 6 mg to drive up my E level to around 200 ng/dl.
I cannot detect any mood swings or changes in physical health based on E level, so I have zero incentive to mess with my dosages between doctor visits. My next appointment is Dec 4th and I'll see where I stand then.
Hey, when you come to Chicago, give me a heads up so we can have lunch together or something. Getting to know other BN members on a personal level has been so much fun.
Hugs,
Clara
