It isn't the dosage, but the E level measured that's important. You wrote that your E was 128. That's not high enough to my way of thinking if you're not satisfied with the feminization. Why is it not higher given the amount of meds you're taking? Maybe the quality of the meds, or something in the way your body metabolizes the meds. That's where a good endo comes in. On the other hand, complete feminization takes a couple of years. You may have unreasonable expectations on the speed of results. Just a thought. IDK.
I'll get a full hormone test done the middle of next month. I'm going to stay on my current 4 mg EV dosage until then. I think I need more E, but I want a steady baseline against which to measure without PM mucking up the results. I can wait for the doc's recommendation.
