Unfortunately, that is something you'll have to determine for yourself in the coming months. The good news is that many of us have traveled this road before you, and have shared our strategies here on this forum.
I'm a strong believer in starting with PM alone, ramping up the dosage to see how you react. After three or four months add an anti-androgen like SP or Spearmint to lower your T levels. You'll be in a good position then to know how to tweak your program to better reach your personal goals.

I use to be flat chested I have been taking pure-d 500r1 pueraria mirifica since last year . I started with 1 pill for a couple of months . Then I started taking 2 pills per day. Then I last couple of months started taking 4 pills a day. So the pic that I said was my starting pic was from last month. Beforr i tried red clover & fenugreek. I stopped all that before i started pm.

One suggestion I would be to start a thread for your pictures over on the Picture Pages sub-forum (shown up above the main forum (where this thread is)), where it's less likely to get lost in with all the other threads.
