Yes, stretching is a big deal! I do that with neck and shoulders every day, not enough though. I thank myself for my past with weight lifting and martial arts for knowing what works. I should really start to do corset training again, just to make sure my posture stays as I sit quite a lot. I should really do this because shitty posture for enough years might in the end spell out broken back and its such a pain to fix and sometimes just impossible. Oh and of course, better posture makes boobs grow a cup size in a heartbeat.
