HI BN,

This is a follow up to Drulactin's (aka-Aria) post about why some people struggle with breast growth. The following will focus on cell inflammation and how it can derail breast growth. And when we talk about inflammation it's inflammation in the cell. Estrogen is known for being anti-inflammatory, but there's another side to this that's not well discussed. It's known as " Proinflammatory cytokines" which are involved in many different diseases. Cytokines are small secreted proteins released by cells that have a specific effect on the interactions and communications between cells. Inflammatory cytokines degrade estrogen alpha and beta receptors, this is troubling because this changes the biological activity of estrogen signaling pathways. As an example: it was found that TNF-α-(tumor necrosis factor alpha) which is a proinflammatory cytokine is mediated by cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) pathway (another estrogen pathway.)

Focusing on breast growth for a minute, pro-inflammatory cytokines (cells) can be found in epithelial cells...in particular MEC's (mammary epithelial cells)...which epithelial cells are secretory, like in lactation. Science has recently discovered that reducing inflammation may reduce the incidence or severity of COVID-19 infections. Taken together, it would be wise to fight systemic inflammation, not just for overall health...but for breast growth too. One product we've discovered and discussed here is PDE4 inhibitors.

Quote:inhibition of PDE4 can elevate the intracellular level of cAMP and subsequently modulate the inflammatory responses and maintain the immune balance (Maurice et al., 2014).

Phosphodiesterase-4 Inhibitors for the Treatment of Inflammatory Diseases
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article...o=0.310559

And as a bonus cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) down-regulates ROI (reactive oxygen intermediates), which ROI is an initiator of acute inflammation.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8613691/

Also, cAMP was found to be pivotal in the enhancement of inducible nitric oxide (NO) synthase expression and NO production by a mechanism dependent on PKA activity. cAMP is a second messenger, it catalyzes the synthesis of Adenylyl Cyclase from the conversion of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). And this synthesis of adenylyl cyclase increases estrogen-activated gene transcription...in other words new breast growth.
More to follow. Smile

Thanks Lotus! Doing my MSM research  Wink

Also, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31140988/ is one of many studies info that links Chondroitin to melanoma, and since I’ve had it, going to avoid Chondroitin until I find something more definitive and talk with my dermatologist.

Finally, cAMP -> forsythia???  Big Grin

Cheers!

Lotus,

I just wanted to say “Heyyyy!!!”  It’s been a bit.  From reading back, I’m sorry to hear about your health scares but I am so so so glad that it seems like you are better.  I hope to catch up and be wow’d by your insanely vast knowledge that you so graciously bestow on us simpletons  Tongue

Hello,  I am trying to see for the new plan.  I am catching up but I can't find the updated plan from this including the dosages.  Could anyone point me in the right direction.  Thanks!

  • Supplements
  • White peony extract (2-3 per day) pro-aromatase, 5 alpha reductase inhibitor (inhibits DHT).
  • Red clover extract (1-2 per day)......,low progesterone effect, pro-estrogen alpha receptor promoter. pro-areolas
  • Authentic PM 1000mg (total).....up to 250 mg for women, days 1-14 (after periods ends)........pro-estrogen mimic, activates CYP2AB enzyme (necessary for feminization)

  • Progesterone cream (applied to breasts, 3-4 times per week).....progesterone
  • L-arginine (1 per day)........amino-acid, for activation of growth hormones signaling.
  • reishi 1-2 (per day)........anti-androgen
  • astaxanthin (1-2 per day)......anti-androgen
  • niacin (inositol) 1-2 per day
  • MSM, antioxidant, pro-breast health, GH (growth hormone) STAT5 protein synthesizer.......

Hi, this is a current version of the Lotus Plan. Additionally, there's other things to add that will help with breast growth and the formation of breast buds...aka: Terminal End Buds (T.E.B's)

Pueraria mirifica @ 500-1500pm (daily)
Progesterone cream-⅛ teaspoon per breast (3-4 times per week)
MSM 1-3g per day. antioxidant, taking msm facilitates a pro-breast growth pathway called STAT5, it's a protein synthesizer, Meaning it helps raise growth hormone.
Vitamin D3 & Calcium, helps with breast growing. If you take Calcium you need V-D3 to become more biologically active. Source vitamin D3 with organic olive oil.
Melatonin (dosage varies per person), taking this is going after REM and Deep sleep stages (@ body healing), and other things.
Reishi extract-follow manufacturers dosing guidelines, the higher the polysaccharides the stronger anti-androgen. Like this one below, it's organic and 35% polysaccharides.

Technically, MSM stimulates this stat5 pathway which facilitates phosphorylation and the nuclear translocation and DNA binding...in other words it helps with breast growth. Now, MSM also stimulates prolactin and enhances GH (growth hormone)...and much more, however, the science of it will put you to sleep lol.

Hi Eloise, thank you for the kind words  Smile I'm still on the mend but getting better,

Information about the ginseng/cayenne tincture as follows. Ginseng initiates the cAMP/PKA/CREB pathway which is a major breast growing pathway. The ginsenoside’s in ginseng inhibits glucocorticoids, which is beneficial for breast growth, though in the beginning of breast growth glucocorticoids are needed.

So you make a liquid tincture with these, meaning with 6-8oz of water, squeeze in 1/2 of a lemon, (lemon are acidic outside the body but alkalizing in the body...plus it inhibits T) and cayenne liquid extract, aids in reducing stomach fat too. The cayenne has quite a few health benefits, like its an appetite suppressant and initiates thermogenesis in fat cells, which is beneficial for breast growth, you'll find information on thermogenesis in this thread, type in thermogenesis, cayenne in the search option on the bottom on each page. I purchased cayenne extract on Amazon, I found one that's alcohol free and organic. Please discuss using Cayenne/Capsicum with your health care professional, it may not be right for everyone. The instructions on the extracts says to dilute the extract...this is very important.

Here's an update on my program. I dropped 2 inches on my band size and gained an inch on top...in otherwords I have a 10 inch difference between the band size and breast size. I haven't updated these numbers in years, in fact I under report my size simply because I'm not into (or interested) in who has the biggest boobs, it's unproductive towards others who are growing (or not growing). I really appreciate those who give help to others here, it's what makes BN special.  Smile

Cayenne initiates aromatase via the conversion of cortisone to cortisol via  11-beta HSD (Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase) and also induces lipolysis in adipose tissue. By inducing lipolysis in fat tissue it should be considered feminizing fat…aka the redistribution of fat, why? because estrogen stores in fat cells are liberated and thereby cascades aromatase.

Capsaicin activates AMPK differentiation in adipocytes (fat cells). When AMPK (AMP-activated kinase) triggers an intracellular signaling cascade of AMPK. AMPK drives energy production, slows down aging, fights obesity, reduces inflammation and so much more.

I've been cataloging research for years lol, recently I came across information on how TEB (Terminal End Buds) are created, other than what's been discussed in this thread this process is derived from TGF-alpha/EGF as being essential for the growth of breast buds (aka-terminal end buds). TGF stands for Transforming Growth Factor, and EGF for epidermal growth factor. Honestly it's exciting science, more on that later though.

Hi Lotus. <3

And here was I thinking I'm going somewhere.... Sad

About the tincture, I have been ona forced break with it as the ingredients are so expensive, but my diary confirms faster growth while on it.... Although in this thread my boobs are absolutely pathetic to report anything on, but the tincture works.

Hi lotus, great to have you back! The "programmer" email you got earlier is me btw.

so what you're saying is that people that are just starting out shouldn't take the tincture? Also excited for that new science.

Hi Lotus,

It's lovely to see you in shape! I want to take time to let you know that your work has a tremendous potential effect into improving the way we understand endocrinology and in my own interest, schizophrenia.

For me your work is not about breast growth, it's actually the way to reverse the deficiency chain reaction.

The result?

Hapiness, wellness and a free mind for the common soul.

Cheers to open sourcing!
