So, I've purchased Rocky Mountain Progesterone Cream (per Stevenator's suggestion, and yours), but there seems to be a discrepancy between the advice given here and advice given elsewhere.

Other places seem to suggest that Progesterone shouldn't be taken until at least Tanner Stage 3, and that early use actually causes premature side-branching, and, in the end, early end-bud termination. But here, it seems as if using it early on prevents exactly that thing: Terminal End Budding, or whatever its called.

What may be the cause of said discrepancy, and as a person who has definitely not reached Tanner Stage 3, should I continue with adding Progesterone Cream to my regiment? I'd hate to undermine my whole Endeavor, so I'd like to air this concern.

I’m going to let Lotus clarify the science, but I was under the impression that you should wait before you start using PG. If I’m not mistaken, I believe this mirrors genetic female development. But, this is the mad scientist’s own thread. She should be along shortly.

That's the one I've been using for some time now. It definitely impacts the size of the areola. Note that BIOLabs offers a double strength version of the same exact cream (more $) and that is available on Amazon as well. I switch back and forth between the two.

Thanks for the information. Progesterone cream impacted my areola growth. And so far, I like the results of the estriol/estradiol (BioLabs) cream, but mostly because their bioidentical hormones. And thank you for your continued contribution(s) and support of this forum over the years.

I personally would prefer to stick with capsules because of privacy: i hide all my capsules and anxiety medications in one small safe box with a key. That's the only type of privacy i can get in this house.

I can definitely relate not having any privacy at home. Past/present BN members deal with this issue more often than not. Contents under lock and key is a great idea, I wish I thought of that way back when. 

 Anyways, i checked up on Amazon and ebay and it doesn't seem i can find any famous brand of Reishi powder, specifically i checked out Terrasoul official site and see for their products, but the site clearly says that "international shipping is no longer available for orders outside the US". My country is kind of isolated for international things, always behind and disconnected from any type of e-commerce thing and in rare cases i can find something, there are crazy shipping taxes.

In case i will get powder in the future i will probably have to stick with one of the few brands available on Amazon.it (which has nothing compared to other countries' amazon sites).

Luckily, my Calcium supplements seems to have also VItamin D3 in it, so at least that is ok.

If you can't source Reishi I would suggest to try green tea capsules with 60-80% or higher EGCG for a replacement of reishi.

I think we have an answer, Green Tea Extract- GTE inhibits prostate cancer by reducing the cell growth and blocks the androgen receptor. Green tea extract need to be @ 60-80% in EGCG polyphenols though. The dosage needs to be determined, recommend use is 2-3 capsules per day, I'm thinking it's slightly more (4-5?) from what this study says. Would this elimante the need for other anti-androgens?, possibly. Soooo- I see a good plan as follows: (though, it's up to you, it won't hurt my feelings).

 Epigallocatechin-3-gallate EGCG, the major polyphenolic constituent present in green tea, imparts antiproliferative effects against both androgen-sensitive and androgen-insensitive human PCA cells, and this effect is mediated by deregulation in cell cycle and induction of apoptosis. GTE is potent inhibitors of type 1 but not type 2 5α-reductase. (−)Epigallocatechin-3-gallate also inhibits accessory sex gland growth in the rat. These results suggest that certain tea gallates can regulate androgen action in target organs.

EGCG (green tea) acts as an antagonist of androgen function, similar to the pharmacological inhibitor Casodex, which was used as a control.

So what does this mean?,........it means green tea acts like a pro-pharma class of anti-androgens named Casodex, as in brand name Bicalutamide-aka, a pure antiandrogen used in the treatment of prostate cancer:

4-5 cups of green tea per day is a bit much, 2 cups per day is reasonable. And btw, EGCG is antiviral.
