I'm slightly confused and I wondered if you could clarify, please? You are talking about applying an olive oil/aloe vera mixture as a 'massage oil', but the article quoted appears to be talking of ingesting the olive oil, i.e
"One or two tablespoons of extra virgin or virgin olive oil per day should provide sufficient oleic acid for adults. "
The thought of ingesting 2 tablespoons of OO makes me gag, but how long does it take to massage it in?
