Btw, it would be cool to have NBE Breast Nexus music playlists, any ideas (or) apps that let people (groups) add playlists and feedback.

Shut Up Lotus, get down and give me 30! ! ! ( sound like old times, eh??)

So from my understanding would it be of benefit to be more varied in the use of a wider range of herbs and supplements spread out as part of a programme to possibly achieve better results?
For example at the moment along with PM 500mg x2 daily and WP, I'm rotating GTE, Reishi and Licorice alongside that and along with fish oil caps and Vit D, I've moved on to adding some Citrus into the mix as well over the last week that really did the trick, thanks
My nipples are to say the least now very sensitive since starting that
Your breast pics look wonderful, you are an inspiration to us all

A cascade of events through phosphorylation of intracellular proteins that ultimately transmit ("transduce") the extracellular signal to the nucleus, causing changes in gene expression. Many RTKs are involved in oncogenesis, either by gene mutation, or chromosome translocation,[14] or simply by over-expression. In every case, the result is a hyper-active kinase, that confers an aberrant, ligand-independent, non-regulated growth stimulus to the cancer cells.
tyrosine kinase is an enzyme that can transfer a phosphate group from ATPto a protein in a cell. It functions as an "on" or "off" switch in many cellular functions. Tyrosine kinases are a subclass of protein kinase.

A plan that targets specific steroid hormones has a better chance of reaching ones goals. Ease off the gas pedal a few times a month to allow receptors to reset, (enter progesterone cream, which returns estrogen receptors to original state).
Every 90 minutes the pituitary is sending signals for hormones production, these are in small amounts. An average male produces 4mg to 10mg of Testoerone. And of that only .04 is aromatase. From my understanding that equates to about 300ng/dL of total T (daily).
If 5 alpha reductase is blocked inside the Andogen Receptor it can't be converted to DHT, or on the other hand, if no 5AR is present in the androgen receptor it should be processed into aromatase. This is what green tea does, inhibit the CYP17 pathway.
Btw, green tea is one secondary metabolite one should have in a NBE/HRT plan. Citrus is another, e.g. Lemon which also inhibits the CYP17 enzyme. I'd go with fresh squeezed in ice water. Thanks for the heads up about the nipple sensitivity from using lemon, I've heard this a lot. Mine get puffy when I drink it too.
Reishi is also estrogenic, it has so many other health benefits (posted in BN), just like green tea. It's about the strongest 5 AR inhibitor (80%@ prostate) just before Pharma AA's.
Be careful with the fish oil caps, it will boost free T, should be ok though if 5ar is blocked.

Have you tried drinking green tea (I prefer hot) along side a cup lemon water. Whoa!, that's a heck of a combination. [nipples/areolas be exploding]
