Even though genistein promotes aromatase its something that needs careful consideration. I've found conflicting evidence promoting Breast cancer.

I think the safer approach for aromatase, and that's adding fatty acids found in our daily diet of omega 3 and 6's, ALA's, and WP too. Now there's a class of anabolic steroids that causes aromatase buts it's just to dangerous. Ultimately the main issue or obstacle is DHT, it non-aromatizble, period!!! if DHT was eliminated you could count on C's and D's lol, (j/k) you get the picture.
