Rhubarb is absurdly potent at estrogen receptor alpha, to far of the chart, and would be potentially hazardous for breast cancer.
Like I said, vitex has a strong binding effect for ER-a, but also is effective at ER-b (protects against the prolifertive sides of breast cancer).
Combining free fatty acids with something like vitex improves the molecular synthesis of ersrogen receptor alpha while offering it protection against breast cancer. Call it a two-fer or BOGO (buy one get one) = growth plus aromatase (free fatty acids that is).
