These are some of the points of interest from the guide:
—> Testosterone affects sexual features and development. In men, it is made in large amounts by the testicles. In both men and women, testosterone is made in small amounts by the adrenal glands; and, in women, by the ovaries.
—> The pituitary gland controls the level of testosterone in the body. When the testosterone level is low, the pituitary gland releases a hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH). This hormone tells the testicles to make more testosterone.
—> Exogenous testosterone, or testosterone that does not come from a man's Leydig cells, affects the production of natural testosterone in the testicles. The testicles stop producing their own testosterone by introducing exogenous testosterone to the body via testosterone injections, oral medication, skin patches, creams or gels.
—> The testicles shrink because exogenous testosterone shuts down their normal testosterone production system. Testicular atrophy can cause testis to shrink, other reasons are cold temperature, anabolic steroids and Testosterone replacement therapy.
—> Serum testosterone decreased 19% during a 4-week use of soy protein powder and increased within 2 weeks after we discontinued soy protein powder.

My testo blocker seems week-> Licorice
My sex drive is relatively "to be" still, and the breast/butt development very slowly so far. I have swollen areolas for a week. And my butt grew a little. That's all.
The next that i take:
WP 2X vegetarian capsules
LC 1X (450 mg on second days and 2 days off after 10 days)
PM 2X 500 mg (in this time)
I leave Maca becouse my sex drive will be stronger,i can't feel the change, maybe Pc will be the soution)
I think the problem is that: I am young (26 years old) this way my testosterone level is high.
Perhaps it needs to increse the Lc Dosage(or testo blocker)(yes i know this is dangerous)
or Will i try beside menta or sp / instead of menta or sp higher dosage?
I'd say it's time to up the PM and AA.
Thank you. What is AA?
AA-stands for anti-androgen, saw palmetto inhibits DHT but it also lowers E and reduces progesterone receptors (numerous studies posted see below) spearmint would be a better option. Although imo reishi (if you can get it) would do better, a study found that reishi mushrooms significantly reduced levels of 5-alpha reductase, preventing conversion of testosterone into the more potent DHT. I've also come across a statement about reishi being estrogenic, however I haven't been able to confirm it yet.
RE: FAQ-What herbs are used for breast growth?
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=19827&page=10 (post #98)
Saw palmetto-Beta-sitosterol is a natural alpha-adrenergic receptor blocker. Specifically, it prevents a degraded form of testosterone called dihydrotestosterone from accumulating in prostate tissue that would otherwise cause excessive cell growth and inflammation. The plant steroids in saw palmetto also act on progesterone receptors, an action that causes a reduction in estrogen levels.

I haven't heard that, where's that from?
This is a phytoestrogen too. I don't know.I just asked.

Both are phytoestrogens, the descriptions of each will be on the previous posts FAQ, honestly you may not need those at this point.
