I thought it would be interesting to chart breast growth if the results were put on a spreadsheet. These results are only from when I measured and posted the results, maybe I'll put together the corresponding programs to a graph and what gave the biggest growth. (maybe not lol, it's a lot a work). The massages I do,

Massage
1) While in a seated position, arms rested at your side and hands on your thighs.
2) Now raise your arms (elbows) as high as you can while keeping your hands on your thighs.
3) Then slowly squeeze your arms back down to your sides while adding pressure.(As if you had a ball under your arms and your simulating squeezing that ball as hard as you can on the way back down)
4) Do 3 sets of 10 ea. (or more if you can)
(Use a ball if it works better) Wink

Another massage
Also been working this Breast massage/exercise:
* With your hand grab your breast from your side, pull it towards the center of your chest, now hold and flex for 2-3 seconds or longer if you can, repeat up to 10 times!
* Try it with your palms pushing your breasts towards the center, as if your trying to touch your nipples together, now interlock your fingers together, using your hands squeeze like a cupping motion, also flex your pec's (tighten) at the same or alternate hand/pecs....up to 10 times.

Training the pectorals, the pectoralis major and minor (the chest "pecs") are the muscles that lie directly underneath the the breasts. As these muscles get bigger, they can push breast tissue upwards and outwards, providing visual volume, and resulting in a "perkier" appearance.

I've been doing my own version of an Isometric chest contraction, but for the purpose of demonstration, follow the first part of the video. This can be done anytime, standing or sitting, that's what is so perfect about it, no weights or mats.

Is this suppose to be a different way of measuring breast volume vs. cup size?

Before I purchase anything...I just want to ask a few questions....I kinda want to just buy White Peony Extract and PSO without a phytoestrogen....If I take WP and PSO in slightly high doses,will that make White Peony Count as a phytoestrogen?And if I take it with Maca,will that cause a synergistic effect?I was going to buy Fenugreek but I can't stand the smell(I went to a store to smell it....I could smell it through the bottle....I can't deal.)

Yes, it's a great tracking tool, imo you can keep track of each side. Volume changes throughout the month, so accurate record keeping is ideal (gawd I sound a boobie auditor, lol).

Would be great, if I could keep in my mind, whatever "landmarks" on my chest. I mean, the nipples are obvious, but as you say mine tend to deviate by a 1/4 inch from day to day it seems. (over all bust measurement)

Well, if you intend to use your own natural production of estrogen in combination with WP and PSO we can't be sure of the outcome unless you test before and after. Chances are that tests are not always possible, key indicators you can monitor is mood, body and facial hair growth for androgens, and your emotions (empathy, shedding a tear or two) for estrogen levels (there are other signs too).

WP and PSO aren't specific enough of "how much phytoestrogens are in them". Both have more in common in having anti-androgens protection, (e.g. beta-sisterol, amongst others).

Maca also has beta-sisterol too, so you might end up with a balance leaning towards estrogens because of those three, which could work. I'll give you an example of a similar situation, (using myself). I cut back on using anti-androgens because I wanted to use them in converting T to E by using such products like WP and PSO.

Pumpkin seed oil is rich in natural phytoestrogens and studies suggest it may lead to a significant increase in good “HDL” cholesterol along with decreases in blood pressure, hot flashes, headaches, joint pains and other menopausal symptoms in postmenopausal women.

I hear yah, could be water retention thing there, (foods we eat, stress, supplements) all will alter measuring. So, I would take multiple measurements throughout the month to gauge the changes. I took a 2 month break last year for medical reasons and lost a cup size, I wouldn't have known the total had I not measured. But I got lazy this year, I went like 8-9 months in-between measuring. Rolleyes
