I haven’t had any labs done recently. I’m going to get some done in the next month and I’ll share them with you!
Currently I’m taking 4mg Prog and dissolving it under my tongue (2mg every 8hrs or so), 100mg Spiro but I just order Dutasteride and will replace Spiro with that when it arrives. Also I take about 3000mg MSM, 5000iu D3, calcium, and 200mg Progesterone orally. Perhaps I switch to the cream method and massage it into the boobies
I also try to have a protein shake or protein bar to ensure my protein intake is solid.
A while ago we were messaging and you talked about ginseng. I feel when I take it a sense of calm and focus but what’s it’s impact on breast development and/or feminization?
