I'm not questioning that you found a regime that works for you. It's when you say others will also see results by following the same regime that makes me have doubts. I agree with what Doodle and Sarah said about this. You had okay results with pm capsules, but great results with the extract. Providing pictures would make it possible for others to gauge how the two products compare against each other.
Sarah is right about me pushing people to take pictures. The reason why I do this is because I think it's very important to get second opinions on one's progress with NBE. Sometimes members are overly optimistic about their progress, other times they are very pessimistic. Getting feedback I think helps to balance out the tendency to over or underestimate NBE progress.

If you mean in regards to seeking knowledge about NBE, than yes I would say I'm an NBE guru. I don't presume to know what is the best regime for everyone. I strive to learn more about NBE and share this knowledge with others. I post pictures of my progress on a regular basis. I ask for advice and feedback to improve my understanding of NBE. In fact, some of the changes I made to my regime is based on the advice others have given to me.

I think this is a very good point. This is why I think self-experimentation is so crucial: I think it better enables members to learn what programs are most likely to work for their own body.

It was the month-by-month account in pictures that gave me some confidence that following a similar program would work for me. Other programs might have worked as well or better, but lacking demonstrated progress in pictures, I was less inclined to invest my time and money that way.
Yeah, it's okay to refer to me in the feminine pronoun CK.
