Wow!!!! I have started my own NBE plan just three days ago and I have never felt better. My plan as of now includes 1 each of SP, FG, RC, and Hops three times a day and an extra SP at night and I have never felt better in my life. It has only been three days an I fear great!!! Maybe its all in my head, but I feel almost like I used to when I would indulge in certain substances after school 10 years ago.
