Heyo, everyone! My name is Akai Sin, but you're all free to call me Akai. I found this site and immediately signed up to post some of my questions.

First things first: I am a twenty-one-year-old male originally from England, now living in America. I'm 5'11" and weigh approximately 120lbs (because I believe I have hyperthyroidism, but I've never had it tested). I am a transgender, and am about to begin said transition from male to female. I have always wanted breasts, and I have tried breast forms before, and tend to wear them pretty regularly. Now I want the real thing.

So, my general question is this: is just one bottle worth it? As in, will I see any changes at all with just one bottle?

The reason why I ask is because I would like to test the waters first. I want to see how I react to it, but at the same time I don't want to invest a lot of money into something that might not work for me to begin with. While at the Ainterol Herbs website, I noticed they currently have a sale going on for the Pueraria Mirifica single bottle. It says 100 capsules at 500mg each.

Hence my question(s). How long would that one bottle last, and is it at all feasible to expect to see any results from just that one?

Here's a good plan for starting on PM...

Week one: 1 per day = 7 pills
Week two: 2 per day = 14 pills
Week three: 3 per day = 21 pills
Week four: 4 per day = 28 pills
Week five: 4 per day = 28 pills ...end of bottle #1
At 4 per day (2000mg) subsequent bottles will last just short of one month. I'd buy three bottles if I were you.

Some claim breast growth within a week but I wouldn't count on it. Most, I think, would say three months before you should expect anything. It's good that you're looking at Ainterol brand PM. ...Not sure how the thyroid thing and minimal body fat will effect you but I'd guess it will increase the difficulty for you.

You probably won't see much if any changes with just one bottle of pm. Assuming you take an average of 2,000 mg per day, one bottle will last between 3-4 weeks.

Even though one bottle by itself probably won't bring about any noticeable changes, it's a good opportunity to see if pm causes any unpleasant side-effects for you. If you want to see whether pm is an effective herb for you for growing breasts, I would suggest using pm for about six months.

If you decide to try pm or any other NBE herb, I recommend taking regular pictures of your breasts and uploading it to the picture forum. Others might notice progress with your NBE journey before you do.

Actually HYPER thyroid if anything would make growing faster. And I REALLY wouldn't worry about the low body fat all that much. I'm actively trying to lose weight and still growing just fine. Slow, but I come from a family of slow growers (also with history of hypothyroid, which DOES inhibit growth). My mom and all my sisters started early and ended late.

What's going to make the biggest differences are mainly related to diet. If you're getting adequate protein and vitamins and minerals you should grow. Even with a caloric deficit and low body mass.

Saw your pic. Damned lucky you're so freaking skinny. Gives you a perfect starting point whereas I'm working on losing a lot of masculinely distributed pudge still.

Anyways, as others have noted you'll be unlikely to see any real physical change with only one bottle. You might notice some less easily described mental shifts very quickly though. Which would be evidence enough whether you should keep using it or not. Just keep us posted and we can let you know if we've experienced any of the things you do earlier on...

You should at least start to feel your skin feeling softer in the first month, at least I did.You seem to have a great starting point to feminize, just follow the advice that you get from the senior's here and you should do fine! Good luck on you NBE journey!!

Its really hard to figure out the best economics for growing breasts.... equated to $$ per cup size or per inch.... and given the time value of money.... just going out and getting implants might be the best? and since not every NBE routine produces the same results... you really wont know till you get what you want and by that time the economics wont matter.... Personally I found that suction devices worked for me and I'm sticking with them till they stop... or slow down....

I couldn't do implants. I don't like the way they look, and I'm almost certain they wouldn't feel or act the same as real breasts either. I'd also like to avoid surgery at all costs, until it comes to the posibility of getting my FFS or SRS.

In other words, I appreciate all natural. ^~^ Which is why I'm here. I'll get one to start out with, see if I get any negative or adverse reactions. If all goes well, I'll certainly invest more into it.
