Lotus, followings are a summary of my daily exercises-M-F:
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do lower part exercises. They consist of Lunges, Kicks, and weight Squads, and dead lifts.
On Tuesdays, and Thursdays I do upper part exercises. They are Shoulders, Arms, and Chest.
See the following links for infos on how to do them. Please, remember that there are so many different ways to do these exercises, and its frequency. It all depends on the individual. I do not know how athletic you are, so please, do your own research, and if you have any physical condition, please, consult your physician.

Remember, just like starting herbs, start slowly and gradually increase the intensity. And do not forget the importance of proper nutrition. Good Luck, POM

Hi Pom,

It's going, but slowly thanks for asking, had a health setback recently, tmi stuff, but learning to adjust with it.

How about you?... I meant to ask what you do to get your waist soo tiny? Smile

Oh, I cut coffee and caffeine completely, and have too say it's made a huge difference in NBE and we'll being.Since then have become a tea drinker and have ordered hops in a tea!(many benefits)..local health food store.

But when I do get the chance on PT I see the results, so thank you again for your encouragement! Smile

I am happy to hear you cut your coffee and taking tea instead. That's what I did several months ago. I only have a morning coffee on the weekend. And frankly do not miss it either during week!!!
As for my waist. It is a challenge for me too. When I measure it, it varies from 33 to 34 depending on the time of day, but, I usually don't have any problem to wear my 32 inch pants. I like my 33 or 34 inch though, so I can feel loose in them. But when I wear my relaxed 32 inch pants, boy, I look hour glass since my hip is now about 39 inches. Used to be 36 before my journey. Even if I can keep my waist where it is now and increase my hip more, I will be more hour glass, although I like to cut my waist to 30-32 inches.
And now for exercise, I mainly count on my daily routine as I have written you already about, but I also do some of the following, not religiously though, but some of them I do-not do alot though. For each I included a video for you:

1-Trunk Twist-http://www.fitstep.com/Misc/Newsletter-archives/issue54/twist.htm
2-stomach vacuum-http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/stomach-vacuum
3-Planks-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSHjTRCQxIw
4-Side planks-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tm1QxM9lehY

Please, stay with it. It is the secret to getting what you want. POM
