The shipment was expected too be delivered by the 17th and it's the 21st... Is anyone else having shipment problems??

No, I haven't had any such problems. I get mine from http://www.ainterolherbs.com/ and they have always been good about fulfilling their delivery dates.
Which site did you order from? It seems some sites are very timely with their deliveries while others are the complete opposite.

I orders from that exact site.. I guess ups doesn't deliver during weekends?

i get mine off e-bay a place in new york i get it in couple days to ohio shes been quick every time and has a big selection on stuff and good price
