I don't know about HRT, but some members here take Butea Superba alongside pm to maintain sexual functionality. I think if you do a search on the forum you'll be able to find the information you are seeking.

Yes, I used to take it before I discovered how erogenous my breasts had become. I'm really lucky, because a bit of nipple stimulation works like magic.

However, I can recommend Butea Superba, as it seemed to make it a lot easier to obtain an erection.
