i been on and off it for more then 8 months
and wanted to know if i should buy a back up sup
i have real bud tissue and dont mind if i loose the fat tissue

Growth will cease fairly quickly after stopping PM, especially if you aren't doing anything to block at LEAST DHT.

Also, if you're stopping with only budding, you might lose the budding as testosterone erases everything short of very serious growth, and even that it'll decrease some.

I'm in agreement with AbiDrew85. If you're not taking another NBE herb or a T-Blocker, I'm doubtful you'll get anymore growth. Unless it's not feasible for you, I would recommend to keep taking pm.
