I was wondering if anyone can clarify whether ashwaganda would counteract PM? I havevstarted taking SP and mint tea now as an andogen blocker and plan to add PM in a month or so and was wondering if the ashwaganda supplement I occasionally take as a stress cushion would interfere with PM's effect. I have come across differing information on ashwagandas effects on hormone balance. Also, if ashwaganda does counteract PM's effect, can someone suggest another adaptagen herb I can take to replace it. Thanks for any help.
