This month I have been going back and forth with my herbs, rebooting them and trying to figure them out individually. At first I was taking the recommended dose of PM (500mg 2x a day) with 4000mg SP (2000mg 2x a day). Well it wasn't long before I felt like complete crap, bloated, and trapped at work without energy.
I recently kicked SP out of my plan: the bloating is gone and I have energy, but I also am getting oily hair/skin again

This means that SP was working in one way but I was feeling the side effects big time!!! Chrishoney suggests Pygeum as a replacement, so that's my next adventure... hopefully it works without the bloat!
