12 months ago i took PM for just over 3 months, slight effect but had to stop due to moving and change of job. ready to start again, PM ordered again plus cream this time. Can someone tell me if estro glan is any good? i know it isnt herbal.

Why not stick with just pm for a while? If you've already made some progress with it, you may not need to add anything else at this time.
