Phew thats better,

All week have been on fairly high capsules and they created almost a dizzy feeling and stomach upset ,

Last night went om

PM liquid and milk and it was smooth, also this morning was able too tolerate a large dose an an empty stomach,

Also PM purportedly works better with calcium so thats the combination from now
