You can take Pueraria mirifica and maybe saw palmetto with it; or fenugreek and saw palmetto along with one of these: milk thistle, fennel, flaxseed oil, wild yam cream, red clover, hops. Those seem to be the two major kinds of regimens I see here. Also, I've seen PABA, Maca, and GABA mentioned around here. Maca helps with the rear end.

I take Fenugreek, Red Clover, and Saw Palmetto, but plan on switching to Pueraria mirifica as soon as I can.
