As for the article, no I hadn't seen it. I see that the editorial makes a passing reference to a possible hoax, and I have to say that in the blurry photos, they do look older than 12 or 13 and the boobs themselves look mire like fairly large natural breasts than any moobs/gynecomastia pictures I've ever seen, but who knows.

I think the story is real. I came across TV news footage of the same boys last year. You can find it by searching on the appropriate topic such as boys with breasts + dominican republic (http://www.google.com/search?q=boys%20with%20breasts%20%2b%20dominican%20republic&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8)
