It's almost time for me to reorder my supply of PM (not going to get caught without again!) and when I went to the Ainterol site, I noticed the regular bottles of Pure D 500 were no longer listed, but instead were replaced with Pure D 500 R1. The site calls it a revision, but its very unclear to me just what changed about it - aside from the price, of course.

When a company changes its formula and refuses to specify what's changed....from a consumer's perspective, all it means is it's gonna cost 5 bucks more.

I received this in the Ainterol email newsletter a couple of months ago. I have gone through a couple of bottles of the R1 and it does seem to me to be more potent.

thanks for posting that.I am just about through 2 bottles of it myself.this is week 7 for me but i am starting to see slight progress your progress has been amazing.if you don't mind me asking how and when do you take your doses? how long before or after eating? I have noticed now that if i press on my left nipple when laying down it hurts,but not as much if any when i press on it while standing.do not know whats up with that. im going to post some 2 month pics soon.

I can't say I've noticed that exact effect, but certainly something similar. Mine always hurt when I go from laying on my back for a few minutes to either onto my side or standing up.
I'm not sure what it is either but I suspect it is something along the lines of the newly developing structures just being sensitive to moving/stretching under gravity!! I guess its somewhat like the sensitivity of healing scar tissue, which it must be akin to.

No difference switching from thanyaporn brand to R1.

Actually at the bottom of the description section of the listing on Amazon, it says it ships from NY state.

For comparison, the price on www.ainterolherbs.com is $14.95 + 5.90 shipping. If you want it shipped from the US (NYS) it's an additional $3. Still cheaper than the amazon price ($19.80) + $5.90 shipping, but not by much.

For my money though, especially if you intend to take PM long term, its WAY cheaper to buy 200g of bulk PM ($34.60 for the fastest US shipping and lasts over 3 months at 2000 mg/D) even factoring in the cost of a manual capsule filler (approx. $17.50) and capsules ($12/1000 caps). If you don't mind waiting the extra time it's even cheaper from Thailand.

Always good to have options though.
