I used to work for a woman who was an actress in her 20s (she's 30-something now). She had a dance studio where I taught a few classes. When she was in her early 20s she got breast implants as a lot of Hollywood people often do in order to get more work.
She got silicone implants filled with saline. Not even a year later she started to get very sick. it was all sorts of weird ailments that she's never had before: from ciliac's to some other disorders that are often associated with genetics not breast implants. She went to many different doctors and even asked them if it could be her implants and they kept saying no. Eventually she was bed ridden for months and decided to take the implants out because she was so desperate to try anything. She said she felt better as soon as her anesthesia wore off.
In some ways she got better immediately, in other ways she was slowly getting better. When I met her, it was 10 years later, however she still had pretty major gluten sensitivity. While I knew her, ciliacs slowly disappeared as well.

I had plastic surgery (breast augmentation).
It was successful. I have beautiful breast
(but my mom didn't say beauty..)..
however, if you have interest breast augmentation, you must go to doctor for advice concretely.
I wish you have pretty breast. good luck.
