This is a little personal, but I wanted to share.  Without getting into details, my addiction sponsor and I agree I would not remove my underwear for any circumstances other than showering and intimacy with my wife.  Doing so would result in losing my day count.  Talking with my therapist yesterday, she agreed I needed these strict boundaries.  When I reminded her I threw my men's underwear away.  She said, and... Panties are what you are comfortable wearing. Think of them like your sobriety armor.  

Starting today I am wearing panties 24/7 except showering.  In my wildest dreams I would never have thought this would happen.

Makes perfect sense they said that your obvs comfortable in them your body is more feminine now so why not? Enjoy it i wear mine often nice lacy pairs just feel better than boxers
