Good afternoon! I had no idea NBE was a thing and I have been pumping with breast cups for a week now - but have been pumping my nipples and using supple cups for a year. I love wearing bras and my wife loves my "tits" as she calls them. I can almost fill a B cup pretty easily but I want to really fill it. I have been on trt for 20yrs and while I am overweight, I really think I have some gyno as the size of my boobs are pretty big in relation.
After reading here for the last day I think I am going to order some PM and try 500mg a day and see what happens. Any advice or thought? I attached some pictures of where I am starting.

That's a great starting point! Im not the expert on this subject but , along with PM, I've been using bio identical progesterone cream mixed with 1 capsul of DHEA, and my breasts are filling in nicely.
