Hey,
I've been lurking on this site for quite some time now and I think I understand a bit what I can expect from each supplement.
Hence, I am just starting today with :
- PM 700mg extract 10:1
- SP 500mg extract 20:1 (incl 45% fatty acids ~ 225mg)
- Pygeum 200mg extract 2:1 (incl 10% sterols ~ 20mg)
My objective is
- mild feminisation (softer skin mostly, tender breast if I'm lucky..)
- better hair health with less receding line and better density
- less body hair
What do you think about that dosage? Should I expect something else I might Have forgot?
