Here I am, having restarted a fantastic supplement for menopausal women (sold in Italy) that contains the following: 

Red clover 
Kudzu
Wild Yam
Dong Quai
Verbena

Marketed as "strong", all of these principles come in one pill. 

Even at half dose a day (one pill), I am feeling in heaven! Eyes are less dry, I am more calm and focused... Just like a woman in menopause, this supplement is acting on my female nature, restoring my normal biology. I do believe, after all, that a big part of it is fundamentally that of a woman. 

Somebody may say it's all mental, but even so... SO BE IT!
