57 and Restarting my journey and so glad I was recommended to this site, I started a couple of years ago on FG, had some success although more man boob than anything else, tried femme enhance off Amazon but didn’t see any change so trying PM. It’s difficult to get estrogen in UK without prescription so looking for advice for a good progesterone cream in UK where you don’t need prescription. I want to have the beasts I have dreamed about since early childhood x
In the UK too, and yes E is always difficult to get locally, but easy enough from overseas pharmacies.
For me I wouldn't touch PM as there are far too many people on here that have suffered PM induced DVT, far too risky!
In my opinion, and from my experience, BO is more effective, well that is if it works for you as for some it doesn't, and then by far the most effective is pukka E.
Also, a good topical regime really helps to.
You can get USP prog cream (from wild yam) easy enough to, but again from overseas.

Regarding estrogen in the UK, I have used inhousepharmacy and so far all orders have arrived without a glitch. Always keep in mind that you need to stay under £135 as that is the maximum value that the custom will let slip through withoutchecking the content of the parcel. With that said, taking pharma E doing DIY can be dangerous, so be careful.

E is easy enough to get from overseas lbut ike Shira said, just be mindful of UK import tax thresholds.
Whatever you decide to do, I'd recommend getting 6-monthly blood checks, if your GP can/wont do them check out the likes of Randox UK and other private blood clinics.
