Hey everyone! Been on BO and uterine last 3+ months with pretty good results overall body feminization! chest is still changing from male structure but results are obvious!

I was hoping folks could provide insight into their BO experience after the 4-6 month. Folks claim the male body is permanently changed to an aromatase factory; even after stopping, the results continue.

Love to hear any experiences or insight!!

The permanent change thing is nothing but speculation and anecdotes. But it has been repeated so many times over I really wonder if there's something to it. I can't tell about personal experience much, firstly I'm not male, but intersex and secondly I see zero reason in stopping and have kept glandulars going on for several years now.

Provided that I have never used BO myself, what I understand from other people's experience is that it's not "permanent" as in "your body is now constantly flooded by estrogens forever", but it has a long cool-down period after you stop because part of the estrogen in BO is stored in fat. This means that if you stop taking it and your body begins burning through the fat in the new feminine areas in your body (breasts, hips, butt, etc...) some estrogen will be released and the process of reverted fat redistribution will be slower.
So, while with pharma E and PM your body will flush the estrogen after about one month since the last dosage, IT SEEMS that with BO this process may take a lot longer and poterntially generate some further tissue growth.

Makes sense that the excess BO is stored in fat/muscles and consumed over time (after stopping). Never ending aromatase does not seem likely after stopping as that would likely cause serious issues?

Claim of six month "point of no return" is interesting though. Suspect just significant alteration to hormonal balance being far below normal levels after stopping?

I've been told by two (UK) endocrinologists that it takes at least 3-months to see any change/reverting back to normal. Also the longer you are on E the longer it takes to revert back to normal, they both reckoned typ. 12months.

This is speculation on part of bovine ovaries. But bioidentical hormones do have a wind down period which can last quite a while. It depends on which hormone it is and how its administered and how fast it metabolises and how long its been in use.

I don't think stuff from BO sticks up to fatty tissue in any different way than any other bioidentical conventional HRT does, the stuff within is essentially the same, but there's a thing about BO, to those it works on, it can be quite mind blowing especially on boobs and it seems different from typical (overly simplified) convnetional HRT program. Its a bit of a wild card because there is no thorough studies on its use, only bits here and here which isn't much.

I don't like people talking in speculation, trust-me-bro and random anecdotes, except when anecdotes stack up for years, then there's something to it. And from my personal experience I cantell that bovine ovary, especially in combination with Pituitary and Uterine glandulars can be nothing short of amazing. Ever since I upped my dosage, added Pituitary back in and changed my oral DHEA and estrogen intake, I've been in a massive growth spurt. Weight gain is playing into this extremely wel, making sure there's enough energy and proteins is so essential to breast development. Too many fat phobic scared af dummies forget about this, boobs need building blocks and fuel, if those are missing, even the best hormonal treatment goes to waste even with excellent genetic potential.

Makes sense. BO definitely operates similarly to HRT as most recent blood tests showed significant changes and reduction in overall T.

Too bad there are no official studies. seems like most who do go the BO route switch to HRT or say it has crazy effects then followup data becomes scarce. So even looking for accurate similarities is hard to track

BOs effectiveness is dramatic when paired with PG. Next level, Uterine Galndular, has created shocking altertion to what feels like my hip bones.  so far it has dramatically changed my gait and walking speed. Sny attempt to walk faster or longer strides feels insanely awkward and unnatural now. Suspect it will eventually normalize? Clothes do not fit properly, and best i can tell my hips keep widening. Friends and colleague have already commented that I look "different".

Daily routine:

Morning
2 BO
2 Multiglandular (BO+UTG)

Mid day
1 BO

Evening
2 BO
2 Multiglandular

This reflects my experience exactly. I've had quite significant widening of hips and obvious pelvic tilt change since starting out. Then again HRT alone can change pelvic tilt but wider/opened) hips is something it doesn't do. That's what realxin and E4 does during pregnancy, there are some anecdotes and suspicion that Uterine glandular would do this, but again, no studies are available.

Thoughts on whether hip widening permanent?

If its something about bovine glandulars mimicin/containing relaxin and or estetrol, yes, because that is hips opening/widening and that effect is permanent. At least usually it is when it happens during pregnancy. It is possible to hormonally mimic this effect, only part not possible to obtain from what I know is estetrol or E4, but since this cow stuff is a bit of a grey area, we don't fully know every minute detail about what it contains.

But yes, hormonally induced hips opening/widening is permanent, once it happens it just wont fully go back. You probably know many women irl who have had children and had wider hips since then. This is the very thing that does it. At least I have no other explanation for it and I've got massive widening of hips in last four+ years. Obviously I've gained weight on my lower body too, quite a lot of it, but a hips widening by 10,5"/26,5cm during this time is very significant change.
