I'm new to NBE. I thought I'd start slow. First, I tried Fenugreek Oil. I rubbed some on my breasts, once a day. On the second day I felt/heard gurgling in my stomach. On the third day I had diarrhea so I stopped using. Next I tried NatureDay cream, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Same thing happened....stomach noises and then diarrhea. I stopped using. 

I'm wondering, did anyone else have this reaction? Is this just my body adjusting to the phytoestrogens and will eventually be okay with it? 

This community is so wonderful. Any advice and information would be very much appreciated.

Hi Bruckner, I have been using fenugreek oil twice daily and also use a dermaroller with good hand massaging and I have not had any issues at all. I’m also taking 4 1000mg fenugreek tablets daily which have caused a slight acne type reaction on my forehead, only small though. But no other issues, perhaps try again and see if your symptoms reappear? Every body is different I guess. Good luck with your journey.
