I have been happy and excited lately--there have been some new discoveries and developments, and I wanted to share them with you.
I'm continuing to use the Bi-EST 7.0 estrodiol cream and the more powerful BioLabs Pro P75 Maxx Progesterone cream. I'm well stocked up with new bottles. I probably use more than the directions say, so I go through it faster.
My recent changes are subtle, but I believe real. My breasts seem rounder and more full, but my 36" chest measurement hasn't changed. I believe my rear is more shapely and feminine than before. I heard that if you want boobs and feminine curves, you need to gain weight so that your fat cells will develop in those areas while estrogen is telling them to do so. So I'm eating as many calories as I can, although I have gained only 3 or 4 lbs. My skin has become so velvety soft, and mmmmm I love caressing my legs with my feet while lying in bed. It feels so good!

I'm still having my wonderful "female" orgasms, but I'm slowing down a little--maybe 2 or 3 times a week instead of every day.
More good news-- I told you that I was having crippling pain in my leg and buttocks, possibly due to muscle atrophy from all the estrogen. Doctors injected cortisone directly into my muscles. It took about 2-3 weeks, but the pain has finally started to ease up.
I bought a tripod so I can take "hands free" selfies with my phone. Wow, the tripod makes such a difference in picture sharpness and the ability to do natural poses. (See below).
After doing HBE for about 2 years and a form of the Topical Cream Protocol for 1 year and seeing some results, I'm now turning my attention to my face. First, I'm using the estrogen cream on my face regularly. I read that to make your face look youthful, you need collagen. So I bought Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream and I use that too. Also a Skin Gym LED Facial Tool. You firmly glide it across your face, and it "irons out" your wrinkles while beaming LED light and heat deep into your skin cells. Your cells think this is a minor injury, so they produce more collagen to repair and heal. Collagen, I've been told, is what makes your face look healthy and glowing. Like HBE/HRT, it may take some time for noticeable changes, but consistency will make things happen.
I now use Volufiline on my lips instead of Blistex. As the colder months are now here, I'm having much less chapping on Volufiline, which I apply to my lips several times daily. I think my lips are fuller and more rosy than before too.
So here are my latest pics, taken today. I'm really excited about dressing up feminine and taking great new selfie pictures with the tripod which opens up all kinds of creative possibilities. If you want to take good selfies, I definitely recommend getting a tripod.
Love, Graceful
P.S.: A big THANK YOU to
Heaven's Night and others for coming up with the TCP (and other ideas and suggestions) which have helped me so much!
