(シ_ _ )シ Greetings! Progesterone users. I have come to seek thy great knowledge! To learn thine mighty secrets. (シ_ _ )シ

So, I am once again engaging in my little experiments. And now, I'm looking more into progesterone. It has been a part of my regimen for many months. However, at about year one, I mostly stayed away from it. From trying to isolate different supplements and studying their effects. I did try applying some once in a while, to test if it would have any special effects on my experiments. But I must have somehow forgotten to even take note of any changes. I don't know what my mind was doing, but somehow, I managed to hold it off for now. Not even writing a single sentence about it.

And now, lots of things have changed. I believe I'm closing in on perfecting the regimen, but I first need to add back a few things I took away. One of them being progesterone. Applying it before seemed like no biggie. Nothing happened. It was just a part of my regimen. But now, when I added it back in, my body just goes crazy and drops dead. I have been applying it once every week for a month now (About 20mg). But I have no idea how to deal with the effects. I do feel some extra aching here and there (mostly the chest). But the drowsiness. I cannot comprehend how to deal with the drowsiness. How? I have read how it's supposed to just magically wear off, but answers wary from weeks to months. Am I supposed to be a vegetable for months? How does that just make sense? I am really confused.

And here is how my application days went:
I tried applying it in the morning. Dropped dead right past noon.
I tried applying it in the evening. Acquired 2 days worth of sleep.
I tried applying it before bed. Became a zombie for a day.
Just did it this morning. I literally went blank right after eating lunch. Me, a goddang 20 year old mf, slept for 4 whole hours after eating lunch! And even after all that sleep, I am still sluggish as hell. Am I taking progesterone, or am I drinking liquid sleeping pills?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Almost forgot to mention. I'll be doing blood tests for the 2 year update. So please feel free to ask for anything you want to see me test.

Hi, I'm not knowledgeable in progesterone, but based on how you wrote it used to be a no biggie at all and now dramatic effects, I'd start suspecting also other things than just the PG. Possibly you have something else going on in your body or in your regimen that is either not related to PG or interacts with it so that it causes drowsiness.

What other changes have you made recently, as you wrote lots of things have changed? Also outside your regimen, are you physically and mentally in a good place?  Heart

During puberty a girls body first changes on Estrogen. This takes more then a year and prepares to body to become feminin.
One to two years later the female body also starts pumping progesteron through the body which is the next step for girls to turn into women.I
I think it's about the same for us. First focus on body changes based on estrogen and 2 to 3 years later add progesteron.
If the body isn't ready to change because there was no estrogen to prepare it, progesteron can't do much
