Hello everyone! 31-year-old male here. I want to grow my breasts larger, mainly for aesthetics and as a form of self-expression. As for how I got here:

I had read that using supple cups could make one's nipples more sensitive, so I figured I would give it a shot. I was immediately impressed by the short-term results, even though my short initial tryout hasn't caused a huge permanent change yet. Honestly, I'd kinda figured the internet was just BS'ing me... Reading up on the subject more lead me to Noogleberry, and to this forum. It struck me, "hey, this might actually work!" So, now I'm waiting on a Noog kit in the mail. Thus, I'd figured I should stop lurking and say hi to everyone!

Welcome!!! You found the moat amazing place for NBE. So much info here that you will probably spend hours going through posts. Take time to read Lotus' posts and the Topical Protocal. I think the first major decision most will face is whether to use Bovine glandular or Pueraria mirifica.

My best advice is go back and read a lot and don't be afraid to ask questions. Tons of very knowledgeable members here that will gladly answer questions and offer encouragement.

Thank you! I'm staying male, so I'm a little hesitant about making hormonal changes, and I haven't done my homework on that side of things yet. I've been playing around with being a hypnotic subject anyway, so I'll probably try that, the vacuum suction, and massage to start out with. Plus, that will give me a sense how comfortable I am to committing to a new routine. That said, I will definitely get around to reading those as I go!

Hey there...I too am staying male and am very hesitant to use anything that involves hormones. I've been noogling (had to take a few days off as it was leaving cup impressions on me),  a product called ISOSensuals ENHANCE (I'm 3 months in) and NatureDay soap (3 weeks).  I tried Fenugreek Oil and NatureDay cream. Like the NatureDay soap, these products contain phytoestrogens and my body reacted negatively (I spent a lot of time on the toilet) so I stopped using them. So far no bad reaction to the NatureDay soap (some stomach gurgling)... I took this pic this morning.

Well, I'm planning on starting Noogling in the next few days, so here are the official "before-everything" photos:

As far as I can tell, I got lucky and am not flat as I begin trying to grow. I don't know how to tell if I have actual breast tissue or my body likes to store some extra fat there. In favor of it being breast tissue:
I've consistently had the same size as long as I can remember. When I gained and lost around 30 lbs of fat (starting from around 150) a couple years ago, both my underbust and bust measurements kept pace with each other as they increased, then decreased. If they were just fat storage, I would imagine changing my body fat ratio from ~11% to ~26% should have changed their size.
On the other hand, one reason to suspect it's not breast tissue is that I had my testosterone levels checked, and it came back normal. Also, I don't think I have any of the risk factors for gynecomastia. So, who knows?

Right now, my measurements are around 34.75/36.75, supposedly putting me in a 34B cup bra. I intend to get fitted for an underwire bra once I've gotten my nerve up, so we'll see what actually fits me. That said, wire-less bras intended for 34B women fit me fine right now. I have a few bralettes that are thinly padded to prevent nipple peak-through, and, I suppose, provide a bit of an ego boost at the same time. With one of those on and a tight-fitting top over them, my breasts are obviously noticeable. On the other hand, in a compression top with a button-up shirt or hoodie, my chest is completely unremarkable.

What's my goal? I don't know. Bigger. Big enough that I can't hide them without binding, perhaps? At this point, I'm mainly to see if it's possible, or if the internet is just being...the internet. I'm going to start with no pharmaceuticals, just exercise, diet, massage, consistent sleep, pumping, and hypnosis. I'm not getting any younger, so if I get no results, I'll re-evaluate. That said, I'm kind of illogically optimistic. The universe has blessed me thus far in the boob department, perhaps I'll get great results and not have to risk my sexual function. Excited to see where this goes!
