I've seen websites that sell these medications without a prescription, but at very high prices or with questionable reliability.

I'd like to know if there are more reliable ways to obtain these medications at more reasonable prices, and if possible, online within the EU.

Look for HRT cafe. Go to Reddit, r/estrogel or r/diyhrt and ask around.

I think HRT is sold over the counter in Turkey (not 100% sure) so it may be convenient going there on holiday this Summer...
I used inhousepharmacy and so far they always delivered, but they ship from Vanuatu (definitely not EU) so your country may have some custom charges for that. Also, they only accept payments via bank transfer and American Express.

I bought my injectable Estradiol Enanthate from Voix Celeste. Payment had to be made with crypto, and that was the only hassle. Delivery was from EU and pretty fast (9 days to Sweden)

I used to get my stuff from inhousepharmacy as well. My only problem is that I almost always had to sign for it at the post office. Only once did it come directly to me.  And, at the post office, some of the postal people would try to get you talking about what was in the package, which I never did. And, for the record, all mine came from Vanuatu as well.

I used a site via hrt cafe once to order finasteride. Delivery was intercepted by customs, I was questioned by the police and got a big fine and no medication... :-(

I'm also very interested in this question. I also live in Spain and I find very difficult to get estrogen patches. I can't get them in my country without receipt and all shops from HRT cafe seem to be out of stock. I would be very grateful to know an online shop who ships to EU.

Don't buy patches, they suck at what they supposed to do. Use gel or injection instead. Patches have massive availability problems, they're extremely expensive and not effective at all compared to easy to get injectables. 

Eve, that's what happens when the packaging isn't quite stealthy and origin isn't obscured. Depends on the country too, but that kind of reaction is very extreme. Not even notoriously tight Finnish customs behave like that. 

Btw ladies, speaking about sources on a public forum is very unwise. Just a little heads up once again, do not mention sources by name and please NEVER post any links openly, do that all in DMs instead. Many sources have been attacked and shut down because poeple have been speaking out too much.

Lets protect the sources instead, please, my life depends on them and many others do too.

And thanks about your comment about patches. I'll try to get gel or injection as suggested.

I try to remind people that its the best that we exchange diy information in detail in private, ofc a lot of them aren't difficult to find, they're behind one search online, but its better to be extra careful and protect the sources, they're a collective Robin Hood helping those in need of medication that most of the time a system of medical gate keeping keeps under their thumbs. Like here in Finland, its very difficult to get even the most basic HRT through the system, its super slow and often inefficient. 

I think general discussion about DIY methods is fine, but sources should be protected and talked about in private. The two subreddits I mentioned are really good place to find help about this stuff.
