Adrenals should make enough testosterone even without testicles present when there's sufficient feminising HRT being done. No dominance waht so ever is unhealthy, so make sure there's enough estrogens going around and some free T. My levels are never totally zero, now probably higher than before since switching to Bica and its all good, others totally nuke their levels and might feel exhausted, lose a ton of muscle strength and get sick easier.
In worst case, it means slight testosterone replacement alongside feminising HRT, nothing too difficult to do if needed.

Unfortunately, I can't get really effective drugs in my country, so I'm looking for an alternative. ?I reread your thread, I sincerely congratulate you on your achievements and perseverance.

Thank you.
There's always a way to get DIY medication if you need it, but that requires some effort depending on where you are. But there are some over the counter alternatives. One possibility is low dosed DHEA taken orally, it elevates all sex hormones, so it might work out as a T booster on the side, but controlling its effects might be difficult.
I have been on 25mg micronised DHEA daily for three months and its been highly beneficial addition, however, I'm using Bica as a T blocker which is helping to avoid the adrogen effects, so I probably have more free testosterone going around, but its unable to do much as Bica "shuts off" the T receptors. This leaves more T for aromatase conversion to estrogens and likely makes me a bit more healthy. I've felt its giving a bit better energy levels at least.
I'm not sure about other ways to boost T levels, other than actual T replacement and of course, exercise which is over all beneficial also to breast development as it gives growth hormone levels a big boost.

thanks for the advice. ?
My current program:
morning: 1 RR + 500 mg. ovaries (swanson), + bioidentical estrogen cream for breasts
evening: 1 RR +750 mg. ovaries, 1 bioperine + estrogen cream for breasts.
I am now in the 2nd month of stable, I did not strictly follow the protocol until now, but since then I have, and I am very curious to see the results. That's why I asked if it is possible to supplement it with something else? ☺️

Look up amino acids to boost HGH and prolactin in case of GABA, L-tyrosine is also good simple supplement for growth hormone. Also for building connective tissues and HGH + IGF-1 boost, the MSM +´Vitamin D3 + Calcium citrate is well tested and known to work well. Also go read the TCP thread, its the most amazing latest finding which keeps bringing great results.
